This member of the Distribution Center team performs facility and conveyor system maintenance. The individual must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and safely complete tasks in a timely manner. Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - A Level 1 Mechanic is expected to have a basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and electronic components. - Ability to preform assembly and testing of basic electrical, mechanical and electronic components - Performs routine maintenance on tool, test equipment, etc. - Capable of completing required service paperwork - Identifies problems as they occur and suggest appropriate steps to solve them - Track belts, replace motors, reducers, and conveyor parts - Conduct daily system walks and identifies potential issues - Follows all maintenance safety programs, for example, lock-out/tag-out, Hot Work, Fall Protection - Monitor Sorter to ensur...
