Do you know what good digital learning looks like – and want to help shape it at scale in a Nordic organization and play a key role in implementing a new authoring tool? We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Group HR / L&D team. In this role, you will design, develop and deliver high‑quality, scalable learning solutions for managers and employees across the Nordic countries, with a strong focus on digital learning and e‑learning. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong pedagogical skills with hands‑on e‑learning production experience, and who understands that effective learning starts with analysing the real learning need – not just producing content. You will also play a key role in the implementation and rollout of a new e‑learning authoring tool, helping define best practices and quality standards for future digital learning.
