When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. The Podiatry department is seeking a Medical Assistant to work 40hrs/wk; day shift. The Division of Podiatric Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center provides high quality, advanced foot and ankle care in a compassionate environment, both in Boston, and at numerous convenient locations in the community. Our practice in Boston is a high volume, specialty practice that sees nearly 12,000 patients per year and performs more than 800 specialized surgical procedures for a variety of simple and complex conditions. Our foot surgeons are nationally and internationally known for their expertise in diabetic foot care and reconstructive foot surgery. We also conduct podiatry research to improve patient care and train the next generation of podiatrists. The Medical Assistant supports the very busy Boston practice, which is heavily focused on wound care, but also provides reconstructive foots care, complex diabetic foot care, and sports medicine and trauma care.
