How you make a difference The Clinical Operations Specialist is a Registered Professional Nurse with advanced expertise in correctional nursing and administration of nurse services. The role involves providing guidance to operational management teams to make informed clinical decisions, develop policies and procedures, and achieve operational goals across all company sites while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards such as ACA, NCCHC, TJC, AAAHC and state accreditation standards. The position may also require covering facility leadership positions for extended periods. Additional Details: Ideal candidates will be located in one of the following states: NC, SC, TN, IN, KY Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Experience: - NCCHC and/or ACA knowledge and experience. - At least three years’ experience in corrections. - Previous employment as an HSA/DON preferred. Licenses/Certifications: - RN license required in state of employment; CPR certification.
