The Role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be working across a variety of buses, trucks, trailers, and coaches, taking ownership of repairs from strip-down to completion. What You’ll Be Doing: - Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality - Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and structural components - Perform metal shaping, welding, and fabrication work - Carry out repairs aligned with OEM standards and job specifications - Complete full disassembly and reassembly of vehicles - Ensure all work meets safety and industry compliance standards - Maintain tools and equipment in safe working conditio...
