Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Branch - Oklahoma City, OK 73118Position Type: Full TimeSUMMARY The Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and servicing large, complex accounts, in an established book of business, with limited producer involvement. The Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive will provide excellent customer service, helping to ensure retention of existing clients, while seeking the addition of new lines of coverage to the existing business, as well as assisting producers with acquiring new business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Market, service, and help retain assigned accounts Keep the producer informed of the status of the book of business Prepare surveys, obtain renewal information, complete applications, obtain markets, deliver policies, and resolve service problems Assist with retaining and developing accounts by making recommendations regarding risk handling to the Producer and/or Customer; seek the most cost-effective requested insurance coverages, prepare proposals, evaluate and recommend other lines of coverage, and provide additional resources for the client as needed Negotiate with the insurance companies for the most...
