SUMMARY OF POSITION: Dream Finders Homes Intern program is a paid summer internship for students seeking career growth and development in the Homebuilding Industry. The participants will be exposed to multiple functions and levels in the organization through shadowing, attending process improvement training, leading a process improvement project with defined outcomes, and providing support on transactional work.
