The position requires strong culinary knowledge, organization and administrative skills as well as an unsurpassed desire to deliver an exceptional level of guest service. You will be helping to oversee all aspects of culinary operations. You will also be expected to do solo Chef On Duty shifts, with you leading the culinary team and maintaining Juliet’s standards.
