The VDH is made up of a statewide Central Office in Richmond and 35 local health districts. The Virginia Department of Health Southside Health District with the work locations being at 478 Washington Street, Boydton, VA 23917 and 200 East 5th Street, Chase City, VA 23924 offices are seeking a qualified candidate for a Housekeeping Worker role at 20 hours per week. Performs routine custodial and housekeeping services and assures security of the buildings. Characteristic duties include: collecting trash, litter, and debris from the buildings and grounds; vacuuming carpets; mopping floors; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms; and setting up rooms for meetings and conferences.
