As a leading nonprofit dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y relies on its facilities team to keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll complete maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and support preventative maintenance efforts across the facility. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Maintain outdoor grounds (landscaping, snow removal, general upkeep) Assist with aquatics maintenance, including pool systems and water quality Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and cleanliness Track inventory and order maintenance supplies Coordinate with vendors and contractors Pa...
