Maintenance Manager Starting Salary Pay: $80,000.00+: As the Maintenance Manager for Pratt Industries - Houston, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all converting equipment within the facility. This critical role involves proactive maintenance and timely repairs to significantly minimize operational downtime. As a working Maintenance Manager, you will actively participate in hands-on maintenance tasks while also leading and guiding the maintenance team to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
