Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for a local client in Kennedale, TX. Candidates who have a background working in management role in an industrial maintenance setting are encouraged to apply. To plan, manage, and coordinate activities concerned with design, construction modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery by performing the following duties personally, through maintenance Associates or through outside contract arrangements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Education , Skills, and Experience Requirements - Provide supervision and guidance to all maintenance personnel, including the areas of preventative maintenance, task assignments, performance management, attendance/timekeeping, training, position movement, and disciplinary actions. - Identify troubled machinery and processes then determine the extent of necessary repairs or improvements: repair, refit, or replace. - Read, maintain, and update maintenance instructions, manuals, electrical prints, mechanical drawings, and maintenance data entry software. - Coordinate and supervise contractors performing work on-site, including presenting contractor safety...
