Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Senior Engineering Manager for a local client in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Responsible for site-wide planned maintenance strategy and execution. Proactively manage all elements of preventative maintenance spend (including spare parts, labor, and services) to budgeted objectives. Ensure no overspending without proper approvals. - Build a high performing technical team that helps meet or exceed operational objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost). - Ensure that equipment is running efficiently and effectively by confirming Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) are completed thoroughly and on time. - Provide leadership over Tool Crib operations, ensuring targeted inventory levels for spare parts are well maintained.
