Responsibilities: - Manage a pipeline of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation documents for execution purposes• Complete quality review forms in conjunction with daily actions• Document system of record with tracking information and log codes• Review, execute, and notarize foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and default compliance documents• Ensure documents are accurately prepared in accordance with state guidelines and internal policies/procedures• Document corrections in tracking system and follow up for completion• Order documents and/or supporting documentation as needed to support execution of doc...
