Position Title: Food Service Director/ General Manager Location: Hilbert College, Hamburg NY: Salary:70-75K based on depth of experience We are seeking and experienced and dynamic Director to lead our AMAZING Team of Food Service Team Members and Managers in a busy Higher Educaiton setting. Must have a solid knowledge of Contract Dining Services operations to include Cafe, Food Court, Coffee Shop, with strong Retail and Catering experience. Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Service Director/GM who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position is a prominent opportunity in a busy commercial kitchen and café operations setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts.
