Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Sales Manager . Position Summary: The Rental Sales Manager's primary objective is to grow rental revenue market share by growing existing customers' rental revenue spend, as well as, increasing active customer base thru new account acquisition. They need to provide leadership while training, coaching and developing our rental sales professionals. Additionally, they are responsible for driving results to meet revenue/profit, active/new accounts, and fleet performance goals (financial and time utilization) Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with CE Regional Sales Managers to develop strategy to grow rental market share in their respective territories - Participate in Regional CE sales meetings to discuss market conditions, competition, and the effectiveness of rental efforts and to provide training on products and processes as needed. - Responsible for recruiting, hiring and motivating highly effective Rental Sales Reps. - Travel with rental reps weekly to assess performance and to foster customer relationships - Create development p...
