Job Description: The Senior People Business Partner at AssetMark, plays a critical leadership role in driving the strategic HR initiative, guiding senior leaders, and shaping organizational effectiveness across the business. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong consultative presence, a track record of influencing executive decision-making, and the ability to lead through complexity with agility and sound judgement. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who takes the initiative to improve processes and resolve issues before they arise, while performing professionally in a fast-paced environment with composure and willingness to change direction quickly when needed. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ offices.
