Responsibilities: - Drive the technical win strategy on strategic opportunities, contributing directly to deal success and revenue growth - Lead technical solution design and support RFP/RFQ processes for utility-scale and large commercial PV projects - Partner with Sales Managers to structure and negotiate technical and quality terms in customer contracts - Act as the technical authority in customer engagements, including utilities, IPPs, developers, EPCs, and investors - Ensure all proposed solutions are technically feasible, compliant, and commercially competitive - Serve as the main point of contact for technical and quality topics during manufacturing, inspection, and delivery - Coordinate across Sales, Product, Operation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams in a global, matrix organization - Monitor market trends, technical standards, and customer requirements across the European PV sector - Provide structured feedback to Product Management to drive continuous product and solution improvement - Support Aftersales teams in resolving technical claims and customer issues when required Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in engineering roles in solar PV EPC, asset owners or techn...
