What you’ll do: - Execute the Full Sales Cycle: Own the end-to-end process from initial prospecting and cold calling to pitching, high-level negotiation, and final closing. - Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities across diverse industries, focusing on decision-makers in HR, Facilities, and Workplace Experience. - Solution-Based Pitching: Present Picnic’s value proposition through tailored proposals, ranging from recurring subsidized lunch programs to high-impact corporate events. - Field Engagement: Lead the charge with a strong physical presence, conduct in-person meetings and site visits to build trust and close deals. - Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM, providing accurate forecasts and actionable market insights directly to our lea...
