Job description: Elgen Manufacturing is seeking a Roll Form Operator. The Roll Form Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of roll forming machinery used in the production of light gauge metal components. The role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-speed roll forming equipment to produce metal products that meet precise quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is on 2nd shift - 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm. Duties and responsibilities: - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow safety guidelines. - Machine Operation: Operate roll forming machinery to produce light gauge metal components, ensuring that all parts meet design specifications and quality standards. - Setup & Calibration: Prepare machines for production by setting up, adjusting, and calibrating equipment based on job specifications.
