Role Specific Information Job Description: *Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5am - 5pm About the Role: As Operations Manager, you will provide store service by coordinating merchandise processing from the vendor through the Distribution Network. You will manage the day-to-day execution of overall business strategies and productivity measures. What You’ll Do: Manage workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department Supervisors to meet planned units per hour, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards Effectively manage staffing to meet UPH and CPU goals Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity Responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate processing of merchandise, customer order selection and delivery through the Distribution Network Coordinate and communicate changes and updates in process and procedures Work with other departments and divisions to resolve problems and ensure efficient service Manage direct reports, systems, and projects to achieve unit goals per Kohl’s policies and procedures Prepare and analyze unit plans and reporting Provide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, driving results Cre...
