Training & Development Manager Department: Human Resources & Recruiting: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Columbia, PA - Plant: Description: As the Training Manager , you will develop and execute individualized and group learning programs that address specific business needs within a manufacturing and production environment. You will identify and access the learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with Subject Matter Experts and Department Managers. This includes working closely with all departments to evaluate current training, develop floor‑level skills training, and ensure that ASC Engineered Solutions employees are fully equipped to meet expectations related to Safety, Quality, Service, and other company goals and initiatives.
