POSITION FUNCTION: Perform building maintenance and repair functions at City owned and leased buildings and grounds. KEY DUTIES: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot repairs during component failures for HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation and air conditioning systems, by checking and adjusting pressures, replacing pumps, motors, belts, filters and gaskets, as required; check boiler temperatures; test and adjust chemical balance in heating system water.
