Your Mission As Financial Center Manager, you lead the financial center’s performance, culture, and results. You align sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional member experiences while developing your team and strengthening Clearview’s presence in the community. What You’ll Do Lead Financial Center Performance - Drive financial center sales and growth by executing strategies aligned with credit union goals and local market opportunities. - Lead a consultative sales culture and build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and small businesses to generate new opportunities. Develop and Lead Your Team: - Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success. - Coach employees using performance metrics, feedback, and development planning to strengthen results and support career growth.
