Job Title : Designer/Sr. Designer Footwear Footwear Compensation: $75-100K: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: · Sketch (hand sketch & illustrator) and create specs and tech packs. · Design forecasting and research. · Shop for inspirational designs and competitive landscape each season. · Help build line from conceptual sketches to final approved prototypes. · Help create and execute a competitive product line that supports the brands’ strategic objectives, quality components, and trend concepts. · Gather inspiration for new season design. · Communicate daily with overseas offices regarding the status of the product and approvals. · Maintain and follow a time & action calendar. · Track development of confirmations and update spec sheets as needed. · Pull swipes/samples to assist in l...
