SUMMARY: Mortenson is hiring an Assistant Equipment Solutions Manager - Data Center to support our growing Data Center group. This role partners with other Equipment Solutions Managers to provide leadership and project assistance. Location: Pampa, TX: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing and organizing owned equipment, storage, and tooling - Equipment planning and scheduling with internal project teams, equipment solutions teams, and 3rd party vendors - Large inventory management - Financial forecasting and budgeting - Rental software contract management - Equipment logistics planning - Vendor relations - Understanding of construction equipment maintenance, opportunities, constraints and requirements - Establish improved efficiencies and process improvement plans for warehouse and equipment yard using 5S strategies - Lead department initiatives to include development, training and support - Manage a team of craft and non-craft team members - Support innovation by encouraging new process development - Interior and exterior responsibilities required - Travel expectation 50% QUALIFICATIONS: The base pay range for this role is $98,800 - $133,300.
