Shop Technician Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Conover, NC: Reporting To: Operations Manager: Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour Description: Assists in maintaining workflow by providing and sustaining effective maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of assigned workshop. Key Responsibilities: - Completing day-to-day tasks that keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently. - Perform technical tasks that include equipment and machinery management, assessment, repair, and maintenance. - Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products. - Maintain the shop environment by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. - Maintain and assist in cleaning company fleet vehicles; inside and out. - Manages shop inventory and keeps direct supervisor informed of any product needs - Clean and maintain store, warehouse, and outside areas keeping them in a neat, and orderly condition - Inspect and repair tools and tool room equipment. - Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies. - Setting up equipment and taking equipm...
