Inside the Role Lead all functions within the Operating Unit to ensure the team produces trucks in the safest, most efficient, and with a never-ending push for the best quality mindset. The Operating Unit Manager will also ensure the department exceeds all SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental) related targets, utilizing TOS fundamentals. The Operating Unit Manager will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the staff and team members.
