Job Description & Summary The Instructional Designer role focuses on translating business and educational needs into engaging, effective, and high‑quality learning solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and quality standards. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and operational teams to design modern and scalable learning paths delivered through both classroom and digital formats. Your responsibilities will include: Designing end‑to‑end learning journeys (blended learning, classroom training, digital learning, social learning, and learning on the job) based on learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE), Defining learning objectives and creating storyboards and instructional concepts that transform complex content into clear, engaging, and positive learner experiences, Designing and developing classroom training as well as modern e‑learning formats, Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to analyze training needs and select optimal learning solutions, Advising on instructional methods, training formats, and digital learning tools, Coordinating trai...
