Tandem Enterprises II dba Scooter’s Coffee Store Manager for Perry IA - Job Description Responsibilities of Manager include, but are not limited to: Leading & Coaching the Team ? Hold the team accountable ? Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service ? Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances ? Provide feedback and encouragement to employees ? Answer questions and field team member phone calls as needed ? Use good judgement to know when to contact Store Owner with emergency situations Paperwork Tasks & Meetings: ? Complete inventory and enter Harvest order in shopping cart each week ? Complete payroll and submit to payroll provider on a bi-weekly basis. ? Interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees ? Check Tandem Enterprises email address daily (during scheduled working hours) and respond to emails from Corporate and Store Owners in a timely fashion ? Other tasks as assigned by Store Owner at their discretion ? Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with Store Owner.
