Job Summary: Under the direction of the Operations Director, the Technical Services Manager provides strategic leadership and management of all technical disciplines supporting underground mining, including mine planning, geology, engineering, survey, ventilation, and geotechnical functions. The manager ensures the delivery of safe, cost-effective practices and optimum extraction of resources in alignment with Kinross’s policies and procedures.
