Job Overview: The Workplace Violence Program Manager supports the organization’s workplace violence prevention and response efforts across a national footprint. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and guests by managing incidents involving threats, intimidation, or disruptive behavior. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of workplace violence cases, including intake, investigation, risk evaluation, and resolution.
