Salary Range : $93,671.00 - $140,507.00 Position Summary: The PDM Systems Specialist serves as the technical owner of the Product Data Management (PDM) environment, responsible for system configuration, performance, and data integrity. This role ensures that engineering and product data are structured, controlled, and accessible to support efficient product development and change management processes. As a senior individual contributor, this position partners cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and Operations to maintain and optimize PDM systems and integrations. The role plays a critical part in enabling scalable product data practices and supporting the organization’s evolution toward a more mature PLM and data governance framework. This hybrid role is based in Cypress, CA and reports to the Sr. Manager, Project Engineering.
