Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in human resources. - 10 years of experience as an HR business partner supporting a technology organization. - 5 years of experience supporting a global remit. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree. - 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles setting strategy, designing and executing complex people programs of global scope, and leading organizations through periods of significant change. - 10 years of experience demonstrating strong executive communication skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex change. - Experience supporting infrastructure, AI, or cloud-based product or engineering teams. - Experience leading large-scale transformations. - Ability to build trusted relationships, coach and advise senior leaders, and effectively challenge them when appropriate.
