Waste Pro is Now Hiring a Corporate Safety Specialist in Longwood, Florida!! The Corporate Safety Specialist is responsible for monitoring adherence to Waste Pro policies and federal/state work guidelines to improve safety across the company. Compiles and reports on trends and violations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Promotes a strong culture of safety and adherence to policies and procedures company wide. · Tracks division and regional safety data and performance by monitoring DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company data. Compiles and analyzes internal and external information, identifies trends and reports findings to Director and VP of Safety. · Monitors state and federal regulatory websites and updates information as required. This includes FMCSA, OSHA, and state environmental agencies. · Monitors performance and provides administrative support to regional and division management teams to help them achieve and maintain compliance by improving systems and procedures. · Submits and monitors FMCSA Disputes and Citations. Compiles documents and submits Data Q's weekly. Partners with divisions to respond to CSA Roadside citations and files challenges with the DOT timely. · Completes regulatory re...
