Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Owner within the Marketing & Communication department, focusing on the Corporate Banking segment. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Responsibilities: - Capture marketing and communication needs from stakeholders and translate the annual MarCom plan into a squad backlog, collaborating closely with the cluster lead and MarCom strategist. - Prioritize backlog items based on customer needs, strategic and commercial objectives, and other relevant factors, making necessary considerations in case of conflicting interests, limited resources, or tight deadlines. - Ensure objectives are clear and stable before the squad starts a MarCom initiative. - Monitor the backlog, progress, speed, and performance of the team. - Conduct regular business reviews and lookbacks regarding squad achievements to identify opportunities for improvement.
