Position Overview Regal Rexnord is seeking a seasoned, business-minded attorney to serve as Senior Corporate Counsel, supporting the Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment, the Company’s fastest-growing business. Reporting to the VP, Deputy General Counsel – AMC, this role serves as the primary legal partner and second-in-command for segment legal matters, providing day-to-day legal leadership across commercial, operational, and regulatory issues. This role is suited for a senior commercial attorney with experience advising industrial manufacturers, particularly aerospace, defense, or government‑facing businesses. The Senior Corporate Counsel will understand the demands of operating as a government supplier and will provide practical, execution‑oriented legal guidance that supports growth, manages risk, and drives efficiency and consistency across the segment. The role is primarily U.S.-focused, with regular interaction across global operations, suppliers, and customers.
