Description Position Title: Sonic Assistant Manager: Position Summary: The assistant manager assists with directing overall restaurant management. Directs staff to ensure the food safety, product preparation, and that cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of physical restaurant safety and security. May assist with recruiting staff and overseeing training programs. May be responsible for inventory and money control systems on their shift. Responsible for assisting with local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective customers to promote sales. Assists with maintaining necessary business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
