Yard Attendant Lead (Graveyard Shift)

Job description

To be a successful Lead Yard Attendant you will need: - A high school diploma or GED - Must be able to read, write and speak English. - Must have a minimum of 24 months of commercial driving experience - Must have valid Class A driver license with no more than 2 points - Knowledge, comprehension, and compliance with DOT rules/regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking - Strong ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of employees. - Demonstrate the ability to solve problems, accept constructive feedback and show flexibility should priorities and/or deadlines change - Must have the ability to use a phone application for: mapping, work submissions, tracking, timekeeping ad electronic logs - Train on all aspects, including job specific and safety.
