Job description

The Opportunity As Director of Sales, you will partner closely with the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer to shape and execute Caraway Home's growth across retail, wholesale, and new channels. You will own and expand a portfolio of key strategic accounts in Mass and Club, while driving the identification and launch of new partners across mass, club, and grocery. You'll play a central role in building out new product categories across emerging retail channels and work with the Leadership team to inform Caraway's long-term retail strategy and organizational priorities across the full product portfolio. This role reports directly to the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer. Who You Are: You are a proven sales leader with deep experience scaling strategic account management, omnichannel growth, and high-impact partnership development. You bring strong industry knowledge and a track record of building meaningful retail relationships — operating with both a strategic lens and a hands-on approach to execution.
