Description: Service as a Physiatrist within the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, with a focus staffing a 24 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit to treat medically complex SCI, TBI, Stroke patients in transfer from the ICU/Step-down units. 1.0 clinical FTE responsibility per week, with 5 days of active clinical activity each week, dedicated to Grady Memorial Hospital facilities. Call coverage responsibility will include at least 3 assignments at Grady Memorial Hospital with supplemental call pay disbursed for each additional week of call coverage that exceeds the annual 3 week expectation/requirement. This is a shared responsibility among the department issued on a rotating basis managed by the Chief.
