Min USD $34.39/Hr. Max: USD $53.30/Hr. Overview: The Supervisor - Home Health - Clinical Operations plans and coordinates program development; responsible for day to day operations of the clinical team. Directly responsible for orientation, supervision and evaluation of clinical staff. Provides direct patient care of patients of all ages as needed. Maintains 24 hour accountability and responsibility for patient care provided by the team. Promotes staff development and education. Responsible for keeping Clinical Manager and Director informed of operations. Education: Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: - BSN preferred. - Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of IL. - Current CPR certification required. - Must possess a valid IL driver’s license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS fleet safety policy (five year MVR will be required) - Minimum two years of home health experience required. - Supervisory experience preferred.
