Description Summary of Position: The Operations Consultant primary role is to interface with clients and enhance their development in Turnaround Ops fundamentals; this includes listening and fully understanding their needs, while also applying processes, methods and tools that add value to our clients TA Bookends improvement journey. In this role, responsibilities range from delivery of technical consulting in the form of onsite workshops, including feedback presentations, as well as assignments at a given client facility to help drive overall Turnaround Ops improvements. Duties & Responsibilities/Expectations: 1. Deliver CruzAlta turnaround consulting services via CAPE reviews remotely and at client facilities. a. Lead interview sessions with all levels of the plant organization b. Strive to fully understand overall position of the Ops Turnaround planning status c. Provide clients with feedback and coaching along the way d. Deliver final feed back presentations to clients with an emphasis on “telling the story” of their turnaround preparedness. 2.
