Hill International is seeking a Project Manager II in Los Angeles, California - Serve as primary technical liaison for MEPF systems - Manage MEPF design scope and ensure alignment with operational requirements - Lead procurement and technical evaluation of consultants, contractors, and vendors - Oversee installation, testing, startup, and commissioning activities - Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans - Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions - Identify and resolve technical, constructability, and integration challenges - Conduct field investigations and infrastructure assessments - Maintain documentation for design criteria, submittals, testing, and commissioning records - Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical change proposals - Oversight Responsibilities - Mechanical and electrical codes - Fire and life safety systems - Energy and sustainability standards - Airport operational requirements - Coordinate system shutdowns, tie-ins, and phasing plans - Evaluate contractor performance and approve pay applications - Prepare technical progress and readiness reports - Closeout Responsibilities - As-built documentation - O&M ma...
