We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. Job Summary: This key team member is responsible for gathering project documents, collecting essential information, and attending pre-bid meetings to create accurate estimates and comprehensive bid proposals for potential clients. Analyzing methods, schedules, materials, and labor requirements, you determine the scope of the project and come up with cost estimates. You also think of potential risks and account for these in your estimates. Key Responsibilities: Responds to bid specifications, writing scope of work, developing cost estimates, predicting the duration of the project, and including contingencies.
