Job Description: Do you want to work for a fast paced, entrepreneurial organization where you make the difference? This position requires planning and organizing resources across Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) to win and convert business from competitors. Evaluating opportunities, communicating, and coordinating action plans in partnership with the sales team and stakeholders across IWMS and FI are key to our success. The successful candidate must be able to be strategic, multi-task and work effectively with all levels of management. The Role: The Director, Sales Enablement partners alongside the IWMS Sales team through the entire prospect engagement and critical initiatives to drive scale and efficiency to each of the sales segments. These include the following key elements: Partner through the Sales Deal Support Cycle: Firm Profiling, Request for Proposal, Prospect Project Plan, Financials, Risk Review, Discovery, and Agreements.
