Your next opportunity: We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Officer to join our team in North Ryde on a permanent basis. As part of the Boral Shared Services team, this exciting and critical role is responsible for supporting Boral’s Customer Onboarding processes with a primary focus on the assessment of credit applications from both new and existing customers. You will have a direct working relationship with both customers and sales teams to ensure the overall management of customer accounts to build strong customer relationships. Your day will involve: - Management of the New Account application process; reviewing and analysing applications, assessing external credit reports, customer data and relevant documentation; - Collaborating across Credit and Sales teams to build relationships that ensure best practices and service delivery is achieved; - Managing customer risk profiles in accordance with our Credit Policy; including assessing of Credit limits; - Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers including meeting SLA’s on new account assessment and establishment; - Contributing to building a team culture that encourages continuous improvement, collaboration,...
