The Parts & Inside Sales Specialist position is established to provide Cleaver Brooks Sales & Service with a qualified representative to handle routine purchasing duties in support of service, projects, and direct parts sales. Duties also include ensuring that internal service, sales, projects and customers are satisfied in a timely manner. Responding in an inside sales capacity to parts sales leads, and performing proactive activities to generate new parts sales.
