SCOPE OF WORK: Provides administrative support to the paralegal studies program, particularly the Nashua Community College (NCC) campus, through the development, implementation, evaluation, and advancement of course curriculum and programs, teaching effectiveness, student advisement, academic support systems, and program promotion. This position reports to the NHTI Paralegal Studies Program Director at NHTI. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Recommends candidates for faculty and staff appointments to the NHTI Paralegal Studies Program Director. Reports directly to the NHTI Paralegal Studies Program Director and assists in carrying out departmental and program goals and initiatives. Participates in NCC and NHTI student academic advising, including reviewing student academic progress, supporting registration activities and promoting student retention. Serves as academic advisor to NCC paralegal students. Communicates and collaborates with other academic faculty and non-academic departments on issues of mutual concern pertaining to advising NCC students, such as academic policies, registration, and placement activities.
