Responsibilities: Skills: - Facilitate agile ceremonies, through a clear understanding of the aim of each ceremony, taking corrective measures as required to ensure they are effective - Help the agile team to continuously improve the effectiveness of their incremental delivery of value to clients & stakeholders by monitoring agile team metrics including velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and team health while at the same time identifying inefficiencies in agile team operation and removing impediments to the agile team's progress - Advise, facilitate, mentor and coach agile team members and stakeholders - U...
